“I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professional ethics of Chris McGuire. We recently had our freezer in our Sub-Zero refrigerator go down. The office mgr. at Appliance Service said although they had no appointments available that day, they would fit me in if they were able to find a gap in their schedule, anytime throughout the day. They said for emergencies such as this (not exactly life threatening, but I appreciate their genuine concern) they will do their best to fit us in. And they did. Chris the tech that came out had the correct circuit board in his van to solve our problem, which he did in about an hour. He was super polite. Showed my wife how to clean the vents in the refrigerator cooling unit. And to top it off he sent us a hand signed thank you note a week later!!! Who does that anymore?!?! Would not hesitate for an instant to call this company in time of need!”

“I am so happy with this company. I had a very bad leak in my Subzero refrigerator. I called 3 diff companies to try to get the leak fixed, It was so bad that it was running onto the floor and warping the wood. Nobody could give me an appointment for over a week. I was going away and didn’t want to leave my leaking refrigerator to make puddles on the floor. I called Subzero who suggested I call Appliance Repair Service. The woman on the phone took my information, put me on hold for 1 minute and said she could have some one at my house in 15 minutes!!!! Chris, the technician, arrived on time and within 20 minutes my refrigerator was fixed!!! They were polite and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
